Hannah’s House

Zoe Ministries will be opening a safe home for female sex-trafficking survivors, ages 12-17 years. Situated in an undisclosed location for long-term residential living and care, each resident will have a case plan with wrap-around services to meet her needs. Every case plan will include individualized therapy and trauma counseling, equine therapy and mentorship, medical services, education, legal aid, employment and life skills, and spiritual studies if desired.

Hannah’s House will be a state-licensed safe house serving a maximum capacity of 6 youth. Licensure will be received through the State of Delaware as a residential treatment facility.

Our focus will prioritize the intake of Delaware residents but will remain open to the possibility of accepting out-of-state residents. Funding will be obtained through grants, private donations, and community and church partnerships.

Hannah’s House will be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 2 staff members working simultaneously in 8-hour shifts. All staff and volunteers will be highly trained and trauma-informed. At Zoë, we live in an authentic loving relationship, without judgment or condemnation. We persevere through struggles and overcome obstacles as a family.
